- What’s a credit?
- One credit sends one text. We keep every reminder to a single message, so a text always costs exactly one credit. Email reminders are included free and use no credits. You get 5 free credits when you sign up (they last 30 days); credits you buy never expire.
- What if a text doesn’t get through?
- You’re only charged when a message is accepted for sending. If it can’t be sent, you keep the credit. Every message then shows its real status on your calendar, delivered, pending or failed, straight from the carrier, so you’re never guessing.
- What if I run out of credits?
- If an SMS reminder is due and you don’t have enough credits, it isn’t sent. We flag it on your calendar and email you a top-up link. Email reminders keep going out as normal, because they’re free.
- Can I put my business name on the texts?
- Yes. Add your business name, or your own name, to your reminder messages, so customers always know exactly who the text is from.
- Can customers reply to a reminder?
- Reminders are one-way texts, but each one can include a Manage link. Customers tap it to ask to reschedule or cancel, you get the request by email straight away, and nothing changes unless you update the booking.
- Is it really no contract?
- Yes. No subscription, no monthly fee, no plan to choose. You top up when you want, pay only for the texts you send, and paid credits never expire. Nothing to cancel.
- Which numbers can I send to?
- UK mobiles only. Landlines, premium and non-UK numbers are turned away automatically, so you never spend a credit on a text that can’t arrive.
